In each case, users will be able to search, share, rate, rank and discuss the content, allowing the most relevant, useful and interesting ideas to emerge as leaders in the marketplace.

What an “idea” is? Simple, clear and consistent concept that allows sharing, suggesting and browsing to be as easy as possible. An idea as a text string of no more than 140 characters.
As ideas are expended and built on, descriptive text, images, video and audio can be added, along with comments and ratings, but always around a key, central 140 character concept.
